Duke Turmoil: Charges Expected [Update]

A prosecutor could ask a grand jury Monday for charges in the month-old case of a black stripper who has accused three white men of raping her at a party thrown by Duke University's lacrosse team.

Prosecutors have informed defense attorneys that the alleged victim has identified two players with 100 percent certainty and is 90 percent certain on a third player, ABC News reports.
