Pacman Jones Allowed To Be At The Wrestling Match [Michael Vinciguerra]
Adam "Pacman" Jones can appear at a wrestling show Sunday, with a couple of provisions: The suspended Tennessee Titans cornerback won't be allowed to touch or be touched, use or be hit by any object or anything else that could injure him.
The Titans received a temporary restraining order Friday that prohibited Jones, who was suspended from the NFL for the 2007 season for violating the personal conduct policy, from even being present at a Total Nonstop Action Wrestling pay-per-view event.
This is a step in the right direction. Since the Titans decided to suspend Jones for the entire year, at least allow the man to make a living. This agreement is fair. Allow Pacman Jones to be in the ring and let him do everything he can to put on the show he wanted without actually wrestling or getting hurt. After all, even though he was suspended, he is still the property of the Titans, who do not want one of their own attractions getting hurt.
