Billy Wagner, the new, exciting free agent closer for the Mets, entered today's game in the top of the ninth to the sound of a standing ovation from the fans of Shea, and to the tune of the "Enter Sandman" by Metallica. Although I'm sure no copyright laws were broken, Yankee fans might take offense since this is the song most attached to the Yankees' great reliever Mariano Rivera. Either Wagner is sending a message that the Mets are the new team to beat in town, or he is trying to get under the skin of Yankee fans.
