"Sorry, New York"

Andrew Marchand of the New York Post says that's what SNY (SportsNet New York) stands for, given its subpar performance in covering the Mets' home opener. Richard Sandomir cuts SNY a little more slack in his column from the New York Times as does Bob Raissman of the Daily News. But the best commentary on SNY comes from Neil Best (no pun intended) of Newsday, offering a scathing and accurate assesment of SNY.
