Mets Bring Out the Fireworks

The Mets wasted no time getting revenge for last nights loss. Jose Reyes, Paul Lo Duca, Carlos Beltran, Carlos Delgado, David Wright, Xavier Nady, Kaz Matsui, and Tom Glavine all had multiple hits, enabling them to win 13-4.
They finished with 13 runs on 17 hits.
Tom Glavine won his 5th game of the season, and his ERA stands now at 2.19.
The rubber match will be tomorrow evening.
This game demonstrated real character for the Mets. Last year, a loss like last nights would have sent them into a tail spin. Instead they came out of the gates and had 10 runs on the board by the end of the third. This is the difference between a good team and a mediocre team. They're ability to face adversity and respond positively.
