In the Mets We Trust [J. Mark English]

Think of it this way...if the Mets finish the season playing .500 ball, they will have won 90 games. Mets won 9-3 tonight. They are on a tear. They are off to their best start since 1988. They are threatening to run away with the division, and are starting to resemble what the 1986 team did in the regular season, which was to simply blow away all other contenders. It is still a bit early, but given the above statement about only having to play .500, its time to start thinking about what may be.
