I just heard that the New England Patriots have re-signed Vinny Testaverde. This was the last thing I expected to hear this week, or for the rest of my life. Obviously there is no controversy over who is the starting quarter back, but this does raise one question; is Brady healthy? His performance over the past two weeks has been anything but Brady-like.
